Club4School Ltd cannot be held responsible for any possessions or valuables belonging to the children, whilst attending the before or after school club.
For Breakfast Club, please ensure your child is dropped off before 08.30; this is for the safety of your child and the other children that attend the club. This allows the staff to do the final head count and the registers.
For after school Club, please ensure your child is collected by 17:45, if for any reason you or the nominated adult for collection is late, please contact as soon as possible on 07551 736030, this is so Club4School can have sufficient staff on site. If you do not contact us and are late, we will follow our uncollected child procedure. For all late pick-ups: A charge of £10.00 will be applied for the first 10 minutes and this increases by £1.00 per minute thereafter.

Withholding information about your child’s development/needs will lead to their place being withdrawn from the club; this is to ensure that your child is given the best possible care.
You must inform us of any changes to the Contract details i.e., address, contact details, medical details and any other relevant issues regarding the care and welfare of your child.
Contracted session charges will apply whether your child attends the sessions or not.
Charges will still apply if the school closes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as snow.
Contracted days are not transferable to other days of the week; however, if a change is required, please speak to us to see if we can accommodate this.
Invoice Payments are due by the 1st of the month. A late payment fee of £10.00 per day will be applied for each additional day the payment is outstanding, starting from the 2nd.
Please be aware that ANY outstanding fees for 7 days will result in the termination of this Contract immediately. This also applies to non payment of any daily charges that we apply for late payments.
It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that Club4School is aware if a child is not due to attend their regular contracted session(s) for any reason.
All charges will be reviewed by Club4School annually.
A month’s notice is required for a reduction of contracted sessions.
A month’s notice is required for termination of the contract from either party.
Invoices will be raised monthly and paid in advance.
Club4School Ltd is registered with Ofsted. We are therefore obliged to follow the relevant Safeguarding (Child Protection) Procedures and to report any concerns we have about a child in our care.
You must agree to the terms and conditions that are outlined above.
You agree to pay the one-off joining fee of £15.00 by BACS transfer or through the ClassForKids app.
